Returns & Exchanges
All In Stock items may be exchanged for a full store credit, no refunds will be issued. Factory Direct items may be exchanged for store credit and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping for exchanged items are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be deducted from the store credit amount. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please call 301-797-3120 if you would like to exchange your item.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments. If a package is visibly damaged, simply refuse the shipment and call OSI immediately. We will work closely to ensure a new item is shipped to you ASAP. If damages are not noticed until the packaging is open, simply call OSI within 10 business days and we will file a freight claim on your behalf. OSI is not responsible for damages not reported within 10 days of arrival.
